Pros

Passionate newsroom devoted to quality journalism, decent health insurance

Cons

For years now there have been layoffs or they push people out the door so they can replace them with younger staff for cheaper salaries. They waste a ton of money on bloated leadership positions that don't do anything. They also have many issues with diversity that are causing fights with PABJ all over Twitter and they even gave the company an award for being racist. Leadership refuses to meet with them to resolve the racism problems while telling us we are an antiracist organization. Even members of our own diversity team quit! It's embarrassing to work at the Inquirer.
