- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Often times but a bad place to work but still has the common problems with salaries as any other job.
Cons
People here are oblivious to the problems most will face when working at Prin. The motto is give until you can't without any extra compensation.

Pros
Good atmosphere and supportive co-workers
Cons
Low pay and lots of hours
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
The people you get to work with are incredible - inspiring, collaborative, loving, happy, and highly talented. The benefits package was extremely generous including tuition for my kids and tuition reimbursement for my grad school. World class in-house professional development and generous funding to go to outside PD. The school covers teacher supplies and has support for tech, curriculum development, and more. Teachers love the students.
Cons
Teachers are expected to do a lot besides teaching like curriculum development, weeks of PD before school starts, advisory and chaperoning student trips, but at least it is well supported with training and funding and can be very personally rewarding.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
professional development opportunities, collaboration, resources, autonomy
Cons
too many initiatives at once, many teachers are singletons (they don't have the chance to plan together with other teachers)

Small and low pay, not much room to grow
- Former Employee★★★★★
