I worked at The Range for less than a year

    Pros

There is not anything about this company that could be remotely considered a pro unless pro is a shortened version of proven idiots.

    Cons

Unprofessional management, freezing working conditions, the staff that actually stayed were treated as slaves, always lifting and moving heavy items, staff used as cleaners, long hours, poor pay.

    Advice to Management

Get professional training or go back to University (if you even went there) so you that can develop professional management skills. Stop being so greedy and employ more staff.

I have been working at The Range full-time

    Pros

    Made some amazing lifelong friends

    Cons

Don't get paid enough for workload, worked to absolute maximum with basically no thanks, no proper training, no contract still after almost a year, long hours.

    Advice to Management

Treat staff better and maybe up the pay slightly, ensure every one has a contract and that all contracts are up to date.

    Pros

Staff and Colleagues great to work with and friendly

    Cons

long hours no extra pay or hours back for store visits They do not replace staff because it would effect the store managers bonus stressful and under pressure treated like a number a lot of unhappy staff No HR dept to help you at Head Office
