The Tutorverse is a great company to work for! The company is very supportive of your personal goals and very interested in developing your strengths. During my time there, I especially appreciated the collaborative work environment. Management does a great job of building community among team members, and team success is always celebrated. I was able to participate in projects that I found interesting and that developed my professional skill set (i.e. Excel, project planning, content development).
Cons
Honestly, I have no complaints! The team is very proactive in solving problems and you never feel like you're tackling things on your own. I would definitely recommend working at The Tutorverse!

- great work life balance - everyone dedicated to the mission - friendly and productive environment - start-up environment so you get to wear many hats - very collaborative, supportive, and honest team
Cons
- Some weekend days working (as a full time employee) but management has a plan in place to make sure you earn that time back!
