      Pros

Great working environment and not a lot of micro-management by upper management. Flexibility to work from home is a great benefit.

      Cons

Pending acquisition by Chiltern could change culture of company, but will no more in a few months. Turnover in clinical group is a continued concern.

Great executive leadership, need new middle management

      Pros

Work from home, good people to work with, many with longevity with the company. Executives care about staff and making sure people have resources. Good project work. Those who are self motivated do well.

      Cons

Poor middle management which leaves working staff frustrated and over worked with no relief in sight. Too worried about treating staff equally rather than fairly. Some people are in Management without any place in the report structure meaning they are not managing anyone yet they have AD or Director titles. Bad career options for growth as staff need to find ways to grow on their own. Employee development is not part of the environment. Staff are overworked and under valued.

      Great Company~!

      Pros

Small company-family like environment, excellent collaboration, management is involved and aware without micromanaging. Management is supportive and strives to maintain a strong team even if/when the majority work from home.

      Cons

Theorem only hires experienced staff, training could stand to be a little more robust but the onboarding process is well developed so you don't get thrown to the wolves.

      Pros

Work from home, thats about it

      Cons

Well, five CAPAs in four months, 15 year old data base, no department specific SOPs, no WPDs, no electronic signature policy, VERY VERY VERY spreadsheet driven, no granularity of management (its the CMO, the director, then the teams- no middle management), projects millions of dollars in the hole with years left to go, false promises on bid defenses, broken promises from management regarding raises and promotions, fifty meetings per week (literally), everything stored on the company share drive, folder structures that are literally 15-20 subfolders deep, IT- bunch of idiots, when you leave you dont get PTO cased out, insurance is pitiful, no work life balance (Ive had managers call me at 0630 in the morning telling me to get out of bed and get on my computer), CMO talks to his "underlings" like they are four years old and wwearing a wet diaper, incredibly inept medical monitors, clueless programers, etc etc etc

      Pros

Some managers and PLs are nice to work with Pay is OK Not competitive for CRAs and this company doesn't realize it = bigger bonuses for the big wigs! Work from home

      Cons

Benefits suck - If you get the flu...all those days come from your PTO. The medical insurance is a joke! No bonuses for good performance, even if you work 60 hrs a week. Recently re-structured - pporly managed CRAs are not appreciated

      Pros

Work from home Can take PTO without a problem

      Cons

No training as a new employee. The manager expect you to figure things out yourself. Managers sometimes don't have answers to your questions. there is no consistency rules to the department. rules change every hour. no work-life balance. Work over time but don't get pay over time some project managers don't deserve the title. When something goes wrong. the project manager will blame the CTA Lazy project manager expect CTA to do they tasks Bonus pay is compensation Low pay, no bonus, no compensation, no promotions. I'd prefer to work at Wal-Mart then here!!
