Pros

Lots of benefits starting day one, retention bonuses and student loan assistance. 401k is offered to all employees, including PRN. CEU reimbursements free monthly in-house CEUs. Flexible schedules. Encouraging of professional growth. A focus on improving the overall patient experience as well as the employee experience. A management team with vision and a goal to make the workplace even better and stronger.

Cons

Due to the rapid expansion over the past few years, the consistency between divisions has fallen, though management is working to remedy that.

Best Pediatric Home Health Company in Texas!

Pros

This company cares deeply about people and believe that the best way to serve children is by investing in the abilities and engagement of employees. Some of these other reviews are clearly from disgruntled employees that didn't have the same vision. The company is very ethical and has a great reputation in the industry. Like all companies, not everything is perfect but they are constantly trying to evaluate themselves to become better. I have enjoyed my time here and have learned lots of new things.

Cons

The only con is that insurance plans and the state regulations are constantly changing. And since THERAPY 2000 is committed to doing things the right way, they have to change a lot as well. The State needs to streamline the requirements of managed care insurance companies.

Pros

1. Benefits--I don't think you'll find a better benefit package 2. At Therapy 2000, they reallly invest into the therapist. They want to have the most up-to-date and knowledgeable professionals working for them, so they offer a lot in the way of paying for CEUs and certifications. 3. Personable--they have happy hours, dinners, CEU events, parties, etc where you get to mingle and get to know your co-workers better. It's like a big, extended family! 4. Support--when in need of ideas, another set of eyes, suggestions, and the like, they are great about giving you all the support you need. 5. Opportunity for growth--as a therapist, in management, and/or leadership within your field; meaning they offer a lot of potential for growth and have job titles awaiting those who would like to pursue them. 6. You have control over your scheule

Cons

With every job, there are going to be some cons. The above-mentioned pros are only pros if you choose to attend the events, CEUs, ask for support, pursue the job opportunities, etc. It may feel lonely to those who do not participate in the activities Therapy2000 puts on.
