Cons

Young company still having growing pains; professional services means dramatic business cycles: very busy one month, nervously quiet the next

All-around Excellent Company with a Big Heart

Pros

• Company culture is outstanding where everyone is free to be themselves and respected for it. • It's a very "lift each other up" environment with lots of collaboration. • Working with mission driven organizations creates a job environment we can all be proud of. • Benefits are competitive including one of the more generous PTO packages I've seen. • Leadership is open to suggestions and works to improve things regularly.

Cons

• ThinkShout is still a small company just figuring things out. There have been growing pains. • Cutting edge technologies are seldom explored. Only when it serves a client's needs. As a result, finding time to grow one's toolkit is often done on an employee's own time.
