Pros
Listened to you and accepted some allowances-but to get a chair had to jump through some hoops! Merlin passes but only get 20 and that includes you. Discount maybe but shops too expensive anyway.
Cons
Everytime wanted chair or something always felt they didn't want to do it and doing me a favour and take ages sometime to get back to you. Take 45min break off pay. Lunch mostly kids stuff like nuggets and burgers. Focus too much on diversity and inclusion. Can get too busy in holidays/weekends and constant stream of people.

Pros
- Some nice people, and quite a few passionate workers - 20 free Merlin tickets
Cons
I'd like to premise this by saying I'm not a snivelling person who believes they are the victim in all circumstances, I was NOT a victim at this place, I got my money and left, but others definitely were - I'm writing this because the situation was genuinely pathetic. If you have left secondary school, prepare to be thrown right back. The cliquey-ness, the nastiness, the favouritism from the teacher who wishes they were back in school - it is literally just Thorpe Park. Never in my life have I worked a job like it - some people there were outright nasty, stuck in time in Year 9. There was so much backstabbing and a weird undertone of people being out to get each other, I was even told to watch my back on occasion with certain staff (as advice from coworkers). If I made the smallest mistake, an unimportant one that would have no consequences (such as forgetting to bring a bar up as I was dealing with a guest, but then remembering and doing it 5 seconds later), I would have genuine heart palpitations knowing those certain staff members were watching me longing for a bigger mistake or were now watching my every move. Alongside some of this nastiness came favouritism. You'll walk into the job on your first day, and you will know right away who is a favourite - lots are lovely normal workers, others are not. If you do not become one of them, or even if a single one of them doesn't like you - you will not progress, as 9/10 they are best friends with your manager. My advice: praise them at every corner, even if they don't like you, give them nothing to back themselves up. If you are an argumentative person, either work here to change things up, or do not work here at all as you'll be excluded and ostracised.

Cons
management who do not listen. people who get promoted without process if theyre friends or with management. poor pay for work undertaken. expected to do overtime constantly but no help when needing time off if already booked. management do not take complaints of bullying, sexism or racism seriously but the head of resort is a "diversity champion".
