TL provides a great work/life balance for those of us used to the consulting industry - the local model used is focused on servicing local clients and industries, meaning no more road warrior mentality!
I've found leadership to be incredibly transparent in sharing their thoughts and approach, and direction of the business.
There are also internal mixers, townhalls, and social events regularly hosted, to get people that might be embedded in a client together and talking.
Compensation packages are in line with industry standard, role structures and progression paths are clear.
Cons
There can sometimes be a lot going on in a specific week on the internal events front - however this is always a risk when trying to make sure people and teams are connected to the wider business. Management have been great at continuously working to consolidate these.
