      Pros

      Collaborative and supportive culture, talented industry-leading teams, flexible remote work environment, and leadership that values transparency and open communication.

      Cons

      Some teams operate very lean, which can lead to employees feeling stretched thin or overwhelmed, while other departments seem to have more staffing support. Would be nice to see greater representation of women in leadership roles.

      Pros

      Small growing company that is industry leader in B2B specialized financial services delivered. Many remote positions and opportunity for career growth. Great leaders that make you feel part of the team regardless of work location. Competitive salary and bonus pay. Good benefits. I enjoy knowing my work is contributing towards building up the company. I feel seen and valued.

      Cons

      Some benefits could be better, but as the company grows there's been improvements. Depending on role, there might not be much onboarding training available. Growing companies have intermittent growing pains with increasing workloads and staff ratios, so be prepared to work extra from time to time until more staff is hired- Mngmt does try to keep pace.
