I have been working at Tide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A lot of autonomy in how you do things. Excellent culture. All roles are advertised internally so lots of scope to apply if anything outside your current role comes up.

    Cons

Fast growth in terms of the number of customers has caused some scaling challenges. The technical side of things not always following best practice as the speed of delivery was over prioritised in the past. Pre-Covid was some tension around people working from home in certain teams.

I have been working at Tide full-time

    Pros

    * A good sense of comradery among employees * A market leader which means a lot of customers and high growth which entail many opportunities * The company is trying to decentralize and let employees have the opportunity to grow

    Cons

    * Despite high growth, still relatively immature in some areas although work on those is ongoing * Very hectic and borderline disorganized, not for the faint of heart

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Tide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Used to be the free breakfast

    Cons

Majority, if not all, 5 star ratings are definitely fake, it's quite obvious and sad. There might be some good people but they're probably thinking of leaving. If you're happy to work for a company that does not care about your development, your opinion or in general for you as an employee, feel free to apply, remuneration and benefits will be basic. - there is no HR - just constant interim - literally left because of high turnover - there are no benefits - management that's unprofessional and genuinely lacking experience - just titles - product vision is severely lacking that's why competition is doing way better - again, inexperienced management - negative and constant pressure environment disguised into 'that's how start ups are' - CEO has clearly said if 'you don't like it here, you can leave' in open meetings - low pay - super high turnover - either hire&fire or people just leave after a few months Side note - During the start of the pandemic only higher management was allowed to work from home and that just says everything.
