I have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Tiffany is a good company to work for but it is very challenging. They have a good staff discount program and good commission. They do lots of training throughout the year, with accomodation, food and travel expenses paid for. Private medical care offered.

    Cons

They have extremely high expectations and you are expected to meet high targets and clientele to a high standard. The commission and pay is good but its a job not for the faint hearted as you either work hard or sink. You are expected to do a lot throughout your shifts, as well as giving 100% to every client. This may be dependant on manager but their annual review is graded very harshy, so it is very hard to progress unless you live in London, where there are lots more opportunities. Long hours and almost always weekends.

I worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I loved the staff, my colleagues. They were wonderful and made my 5 years at Tiffany’s an unforgettable experience.

    Cons

    1. Racist racist racist 2. Training sessions are shocking. The only thing I learnt from them is how sexist of a company Tiffany actually is. For example, women need to dress and even behave in a certain way to sell the Tiffany items. 3. Theres no diversity. Black, brown and people of culture and other ethnic backgrounds are not given any respect or praise for there work nor are they noticed. You won’t progress or go far in this company unless you are white. Sorry but it’s true... I call it white privilege. 4. Management don’t care about staff but only about making money 5. The rotas are so unorganised
