      Pros

      Friendly co-workers and CEO. I wish the CEO heard how people are being treated. The culture would be better instead of always feeling the elephant in the room. Working hard for less than the average pay.

      Cons

      Office management is extremely unprofessional, mean, degrading to people. Turnover is consistent and cannot retain the good wokers due the bullying of one manager who is miserable and extremely rude.

      Pros

      Employees were great to work with and very supportive.

      Cons

      Poor management. Low pay. Poor benefits. High prices making it difficult to sell. Owner is a tyrant that likes to humiliate employees in front of their peers. His form of training. Feedback system implemented for improvements but used more to finger point so employees can get Tiger Bucks to shop on the company store.

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice here. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Managers are not nice at all and have no idea what they are doing. Favorites get chosen all the time as well making it unfair for others. The place is on a downward spiral if it stays this way. Women are treated worse then men. The pay is low and good luck getting a review on time meaning no raise for quite awhile. The treatment is border line harassment and a blind eye is turned to it.
