Stricter policies make for firmer decisions

Outside, Golf Industry, the members, playing privileges
Cons
Course is struggling to pay bills, no real marketing efforts mean dwindling customer base and daily rates, which equal unpaid maintenance bills and spotty course conditions. Hard to sell a sand trap.
