      Limited dedicated technical resources who cover 24 x 7 support

      Cons

      Products do not work as specified (need alot of customization) CEO only concerned about his P&L does not want to pay sales people; re-wrote sales plan to reduce sales commission Micro managed no employee innovation, very top down driven Employee contracts very one-sided and litigious

      If your R&R is R&D based, would get decent salary

      Cons

      Owner of this company is cause of every problem but he never change at all. If you show any objection on his opinion, you would get fired. When it comes to product, it does not work as product guide or manual, pretty old fashioned style of license management

      Pros

      Pretty good salary in Korea. A separate office for the researcher is provided. Depending on the team, you might have a lot of time.

      Cons

      Dictatorship, ridiculous people climbing up the ladder without any skills. No management at all. Not much of software engineering principals.
