Overworked and underpaid, classes are too packed and I get no breathers. We're understaffed to serve all of these customers, I feel bad I am unable to help as we are jammed packed every day. Badly managed with no signs of improving processes like ticketing systems for pickups, whos held responsible and accountable if certain things go wrong, etc. Pottery wheel and other equipment are poorly handled and maintained. Management doesn't listen to our pleas, high turnover as well. Avoid like the plague!!
