I worked at Tommy Hilfiger full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

50% discount off most of the clothes

    Cons

Lied during application rocess about salary and training given. Management were unsupportive and unprofessional. Expected to be expert in the role within 2 weeks despite having a 3 month probation. Pass criteria of probation was not explained and was made up as we went along. For £8 an hour in central london the expectations of the role were completely unrealistic.

    Advice to Management

If you want staff that are experts in their field and complete self starters, pay the role better so that you can actually hire experienced people.

More staff incentives and higher salaries to motivate a better morale and team effort
