    Pros

    Great community, plenty of opportunity for progression, thorough training and inclusive work environment. Considerate management, staff are made to feel comfortable and supported. Bonus scheme for all staff and regular incentives year-round.

    Cons

    I truly cannot fault this company and thoroughly enjoyed my entire time working for them.

    great staff management, good leadership, easy to get along with colleagues, great overall environment! pay: just about £7/hr - I was 17 years old.

    Cons

    can get a little busy and packed but that's just a part of all retail stores! a great overall experience you should not miss out on if you are given the chance

    - Staff Discount in Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein - online, in full price stores and outlet stores - Working with a diverse team from different countries and backgrounds

    Cons

    - Only paid the minimum wage considering it's a global flagship store located in Central London - No commissions or bonuses - Confusion or miscommunication regarding current responsibilities and job roles in the store - Late closing shifts, especially during sale season. - Tea breaks removed

    - Great staff discount in Tommy and other brands under the same umbrella company, in-store and online. - Worked and met some lovely people. - Staff uniform - Fun competitions between stores and fun work culture. - Potential to make your way up

    Cons

    - Some store working hours are not ideal (depending on your store and location) - Slow reply to requests - Due to the brand, I think the pay could be a lot better - Staff opinions are not acknowledged as much as I would like - Some Management are harder to interact with

    Close knit team, good management and felt like a work family.

    Cons

    Higher corporate management were not very good, pay was okay but not great, no commission for sold items, high targets.

    - flexible hours - always something to do - 50% discount - friendly staff

    Cons

    - customers can be VERY difficult to please and keep your cool - company will have you stressed out to meet their standards - staff can be friendly but depends on the store (from experience) - because it’s a luxurious designer store, a LOT is expected from you
