Pros
Unlimited unpaid time off. As long as you request the time off three weeks or more in advance, you're guaranteed to get it off. You also work independently so there is no micromanaging to worry about. Just do your job and no one bothers you. The kids are a pleasure to work for. Coworkers and management are super nice. Great second job for someone looking for extra money.
Cons
No employee appreciation whatsoever. They are very slow to give raises. Very limited opportunity for growth. This is not a place where you can grow and build a career. You also are expected to do extra work with no pay during your time off of the clock (read and send emails, answer and make calls).
