      Pros

      Free lunch on Friday’s - that’s it

      Cons

      - CEO thinks he always knows what’s happening when he actually doesn’t - instead he just blames, screams/swears at, humiliates his employees. - Extreme dishonesty about employees’ paychecks - Lots of creepy men (and no HR department to report to) - No proper training (as you can see per all the other bad reviews of this company) - No PTO - Unorganized programs that the company has yet to fix - Awful benefits packages - I could go on but please let this be enough red flags to anyone who is looking for a job to avoid this place at all costs!

      Dear Miss Castillo, Thank you for taking the time to post a review on our company, myself, and your experience with your 2 years working here! I am sorry to read the new information here, where in the time you spent with our company we never had the opportunity to receive any feedback from you. The unfortunate part is people can post things regardless if they are true or not. Through our 8 years in business over 100 team members and employees we have received great feedback. 5 Star, 3 Star and in life a handful of 1 Star reviews. Our company, nor myself is not perfect and I doubt we ever will be. What I along with the entire Torro team do is strive to improve professionally and personally to provide a great environment and experience for our customers, clients, employees and our favorite making a difference in the community! I am sorry that we had to part ways but I do appreciate the hard work you put in and most of all during the holidays. If there are any of our current team members who have any type of feedback, complaints, needs, wants or even shoutouts on how we are doing, my door along with all management is always open!

      Down Hill

      Pros

      Some of the pros is that you can make good money after months of making terrible pay around 4k a month or so. And can make north of 10k a month however the likely hood of that nowadays are close to zero.

      Cons

      They change pay structures every 3 months. Constant pressure from ownership to perform and sold their losses. New team and work structures every few months. Hire and fire cycle of 15-20 people every 3 months. The business is probably going under in all honesty.

      Hello, thank you for your feedback. Sales can be a very difficult position, most companies don't offer a base pay, we provide a solid base to help through the learning curve for training and investment into your career at Torro. We have many reps here who are succeeding and growing, unfortunately we also have reps who are not willing to put in the work/communication to grow. We also have new hires that come in and are not a good fit for sales and we part as friends. Our question on this review, is if you feel the company is going under, are you contributing to what is needed to ensure that doesn't happen, or are you milking the base pay? (like most low performing sales agents). Sales is much like anything in life, you get out of it what you put in. We're confident in our business practices/structure. Possibly, the only thing downhill is your performance due to your mindset. However, we are always looking to improve and are willing to invest into you, if you are willing to invest in yourself. As always managements doors are open, with 100+ employees it's difficult to know who's struggling, unless we receive the proper communication. We hope that all team members feel comfortable enough to come discuss their struggles personally/professionally. Please email me directly and we can further discuss our areas of improvement!       Waste of time

      Mon-Friday, spiffs/lunches, convenient location, decent equipment/office space

      Cons

      Promised training / tools not given. Unorganized, and unprofessional, constantly drinking alcohol in office and loud so merchants could here over the phone, micro management and favorites is heavily accepted. Lack of core values, morals.
