TSS is on the up due to the hard work and dedication of the employees. There is a constant and steady flow of work which makes the day fly by and gives you a great sense of job security. While the materials we use are consistent from job to job, the way we sell, design, fabricate and install is truly unique. Which means its rare that you are doing the same thing you did the day before which keeps the job fresh.
Cons
The pace and volume of work can be overwhelming at times due to lack of staffing. You tend to go home at night feeling deflated quite often. Expectations from do not always align with reality. There is a lack of positive reinforcement at times and there is a lot of focus on the negatives. Your hard work and efforts to help make the business better tend to go unnoticed therefore there is a lack in increases in compensation for your efforts in the long term.
