      Pros

      Gained the best repair knowledge in wireless industry. Touchstone was a family owned business, who in turn treated their employees like family before the partnership.

      Cons

      Due to the partnership, Touchstone became a business that wasn't allowed to care/help their employee. Employees became that dreaded number.

      Pros

      Touchstone is not running out of cell phones to repair any time soon.

      Cons

      The common management practice was to set unrealistic production goals for individual techs so your job security was always in question. Some phone models understandably have varying degree's of difficulties. so being stuck on a more challenging project was like a death sentence, only you wouldn't get fired if they liked you you just never knew because it was impossible to meet the demand with certain models.
