Pros
Great hours, amazing leadership and great employees. The owner is involved with every aspect and shows great concern for all employees. Management works as a team and is very proactive in handling employee's issues when / if they arise. Very happy with the respect and fair treatment. The work/life balance is perfect.
Cons
The salary is on the low side for professionals unless you are upper management.
