    I worked at Towergate Insurance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Good team spirit, everyone was always really friendly - Good support network, don't rush you in straight away, but give you a couple weeks to get used to it - Good bonus scheme

    Cons

    - Hectic, a lot of shouting, never really stop during the day - Customers can sometimes be very rude

    I worked at Towergate Insurance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great if you're comfortable being in a busy and loud environment

    Cons

    - Support after training period was dreadful - Treated like a number more then a person - Manager was unprofessional - Lots of bullying behaviour went on throughout the office - IT equipment was out of date and unreliable

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on the support to staff and reward staff on achievements more!

    I worked at Towergate Insurance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Work hours - start at 9 and finish at 5. Colleagues - every member of staff is friendly barring senior staff, managers and directors who talk to you like a child.

    Cons

    They treat their staff like children. Certain 'managers' clearly don't have a clue about actually managing. One in particular speaks to her team like their something she's stepped in. Salaries are poor and never seem to improve. Bonuses are laughable.

    Advice to Management

    Hire managers that know the meaning of the word. Actually reward productive employees.

    I worked at Towergate Insurance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    There are some nice people. The offices are well-presented. It's a central location.

    Cons

    The 'management' are horrendous. Most of them are too up themselves to exhibit basic human manners, like thanking someone for holding a door open The IT systems are a joke. Customers are treated like an afterthought

    Listen to, and value your staff because without them you have NOTHING
