      Pros

      Good brand, cool niche and massive empowerment of young Africans

      Cons

      Blame is the name of the game… No clear structure or processes and the Founder/CEO micromanages everything, wants to approve everything and makes all decisions emotionally… sad for a company with such powerful legacy.

      Fully remote, lots of autonomy, unlimited PTO, high-paying base, and decent bonus structure.

      Cons

      Little to no culture from several rounds of layoffs, low morale, unrealistic quotas, no opportunities for career advancement. Sales team is shrinking fast.
