The management level is extremely unhelpful, you need to get approval from the management but he will always rejected just because he is not in the mood. You cannot control anything even you did the best you can. The management is not evaluate your work, they are just choosing the people they liked. No bonus, extremely busy working environment No supporting, senior will not have time to guide you, also the manager is extremely busy so you cannot find them well.
