If you want me to be 100% honest, I'd highlight that there were no pros to working here. Its the harsh reality!

Cons

Even working for multiple workplaces, I have never seen a worst or more terrible company culture anywhere. Most of my colleagues were hostile and had a negative attitude toward me from day one. They were also awful about helping me when I needed support. The top management knew of the gaps but didn't bother to fix the toxicity. They were happy to avoid all the issues, even when there was a high employee turnover!

The work environment is hostile due to the toxic politics. Every manager has their own favorities, and employees have toxic and unhealthy competition among each other. The management is too lazy to do anything about this, and most of the managers are the perpetrators of this kind of terrible work and company culture.

Sometimes I find it hard to believe how I was able to carry on with work daily with only a few colleagues I could trust.

Cons

The hostile atmosphere coming from the management created a toxic workplace for everyone! The company culture was awful and I couldn't stand their attitude!
