    Pros

    As a young professional I’ve been able to fully grow and develop as an individual within the company. There are so many experiences and projects to do!

    Cons

    Sometimes it can be hard to grow if you’re not used to a flexible work environment.

    Be sure to listen to your agents, and ask lots of questions to find where they need the most help

    Pros

    * You have the opportunity of travelling to different offices (which means different countries) * The office in Tampa in conveniently located off the Highway - which is a plus if you know Tampa and how hectic it can be in to drive through Ybor. * People working in the Tampa office are super warm and loving! They always have your back - and that's for real - no fake stuff. * Opportunities to change offices/ move... in another team * Insurance is relatively good

    Pros

    Independent work, having the ability to somewhat make your own decisions that can bring benefit within your roll, the opportunity to travel internationally. Very diverse and progressive workplace and people. Good growth opportunity and supportive colleagues and leads.

    Cons

    It is not your traditional 09-17 job so if you are used to that, this might not be for you. Independent work for those who not use to working autonomously. Constant feed of information that can change from week to week.

    annual summer days, free coffee :) and fruit, very good office and great laptops are given for work

    mandatory night shifts, can get difficult to manage work and personal life balance

    I worked at TransferWise full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Start up company, possibility for advancement, Great work environment, possibility to work from home after 5 months. Great co workers. Possibility to travel to offices in Europe.

    Cons

    Foreign company not fully aware of customer service in the States. No clear leadership.
