    Pros

Great Workplace, great people, awesome culture. In the interview process 90% you will be interviewed by the VPs and at least one of the founders. As an employee you are highly autonomous and the people you work with are just great.

I worked at TransferWise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great team, cool culture, product engineering: you're expected to think ahead how you're modifications will impact the value of the product, the work you're doing have a direct impact with the customers

    Cons

The cool company culture, combined with the fact that you're directly involved with the evolution of the product, makes it a bit hard to switch off.

I have been working at TransferWise full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Plenty of opportunities to explore, as in the long run you are the one who sets the challenges and goals, not managers (that are mostly absent per se). Flat hierarchy, cozy working environment and outstandingly friendly atmosphere.

    Cons

Limited vertical career growth opportunities, if you care about that.
