      Pros

      An innovative thought is in the way to get grounded. Enthusiatic people on ground working hard to make the wonderful thought around girls' education.

      Cons

      Very much frickle minded senior team, changing their way of working regularly. Very poor team work affecting ground level staffs and in a cover of NGO it is working as a sales based company.

      Pros

      Proven work, some good people, basic systems and compliances in place, well paid

      Cons

      One man show, your entire growth depends on the founder's opinion of you and your ideas, no respect for personal boundaries especially if you're a woman. Taunting, gaslighting, and insulting is a part of the culture. Workload is very high- you will frequently work till late and on weekends, and this is something they're proud of, so if you complain, you will be seen as betraying a basic expectation. Very high attrition rate which keeps the team perpetually stressed and overworked.
