I have been working at Transport for London full-time

    Pros

The salary is very good for what I do which is mainly glorified administration. Free travel for me and a member of my household is great. Private medical insurance is also great.

    Cons

In my department we work shifts which are very bad for health and work/life balance. Upper management have old fashioned rigid views.
