Oh the cons... To be honest this company did not have a new idea basically it entered in a very competitive business of hospitality in india where many players have already made their mark ! So to survive , you should have a solid business plan and planning at the least but they failed miserably. To give you an idea they hired employees and laid them off within 1-2 months, worst situation was I think 1 day as well, not only this they revoked all the offers given already to many people. They laid off more than 30 % of their workforce ! So this gives clear picture how their planning went wrong , they could not anticipate the competition from rivals . We understand it's an startup which are known for instability but this is a total disaster. One could easily see the favoritism in the company as they retained the employees who were close to management & who clearly lack the technical skills.

Mostly everything. They'll higher you and then fire you without any cause. They won't even tell you as to why you have been relieved. As long as they feel you're needed you're welcomed and after that God bless you. They'll relieve you in the middle of the month and not bother to even pay you the salary for that month as well. Avoid this company. You will dodge a bullet. Their competitors are on the rise and they are feeling the heat due to which the management is taking decisions in a haste to save every penny possible. This is not a secure company to work with. Only those who sit at the director level and report to the founders are secure rest everyone else depends on factors like favorism, funding money and their reputation with the managers.
