Love the open office concept. Whole team is together in the 'pit' and feeding off each other's energy. If you have a problem or objection you need help to overcome, everybody is able to help out - best part, they wont even ask you for a cut of the deal if they do.
In my year 1/2 at Tri State I have experienced the following. Healthy atmosphere, solid training and extensive resources with the transparency to work comfortably is how I would explain my time at Tri State.
