    I worked at Triad full-time

    Pros

    Can’t think of any

    Cons

Everything - incompetent, impersonal, unethical - I’ve never worked somewhere where every day felt like it was going to be the last - always on edge, no sense of security, no confidence in their company or their employees and too many loopholes. Avoid

I worked at Triad full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Benefits, days off, relaxed culture, great coworkers, okay snacks, great coffee, great office space.

    Cons

The company is in a nonstop spiral towards failure. Executive team is monumentally out of touch with their front line teams in all departments and what is actually happening day to day in their own company. Unrealistic amount of favoritism played by management of all levels by protecting those of the staff that are massively unqualified and instead pass that burden onto others. Since Sherry has taken over, they... have touted transparency, but has been nothing but the opposite. Huge org changes, removing remote days, not getting bonuses, zero notice mandatory in office days to show face clients we will never land to show a full parking lot for some reason somehow means a dedicated team, the list goes onl. Nothing is ever communicated until the final moment it has to be. She's great on a script, but only ever reports bad news via email and not in town halls where an actual open forum can be had on the issues. Town halls are nothing but a venue for executive members to stroke their own egos. Exec team is *loud*, abrasive, curse telling stories about their drunken weekends, all while team members are on sales calls with clients and we have to perpetually apologize for the background noise. Middle and senior management highly stuck in their ways and unlikely to change, all impacting the business negatively.

    Advice to Management

Actually take a step back, read all the glaring recent reviews, and implement actual changes. Eliminate outdated processes and business methods. Invest in technologies that make life easier instead of living five years ago. Discuss with the people actually down in the trenches running the day to day pieces of the sales, account, and operational processes where problems lie and not rely on your right hand cronies.... Garner some actual feedback on pain points from those not within your inner circles.

I worked at Triad full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

High paying if you can keep your job.

    Cons

IT'S A SINKING SHIP. Stay away or get out while you can. There is np one good left. Just a bunch of people out for themselves and will lie any way they have to, to get what benefits them.

    Advice to Management

The amount of shifts in management and ceos is terrible. New CEO couldn't care less about the company or the employees. Stop lying to your workers. We all know you still are collecting bonus while we all get scraps and in some cases laid off! We know about the stocks offered to a select few and you lied about that 2.
