      Pros

Working from home 2 days a week (which has since been taken away) Good number of paid holidays (although you will still work during the time off)

      Cons

No transparency - upper management is constantly saying how Triad is growing and evolving, yet in the next week 75% of the company is let go with zero warning. Constant layoffs/High turnover Low pay No promotions Long hours Lose clients regularly - and losing Walmart was 75% of their revenue Which leads to no job security

      Urgently looking for other opportunities.

      Pros

The opportunity to build relationships with leaders and suppliers that can open up opportunities to move on and grow your career. They have recently weeded out some leadership that was cancerous to the company and engaging in age discrimination. Still have to do more of that.

      Cons

Low pay, long hours, no room for advancement, inadequate support staff, more often than not unable to deliver on promises, poor upper management leadership, inconsistent and unreliable bonus compensation. Bonus compensation target and pay date constantly a moving target. Negative attitude toward more seasoned employees. Millennial management that is ineffective and self absorbed. Ongoing quarters in the red. Dysfunctional relationship with Sam’s Club and Walmart. Unachievable totally unrealistic goals set by Sam’s Club and Triad leadership. Always promising to over deliver while consistently I delivering. Always bending to Sam’s Clubs arrogant demands that privately always put Sam’s Clubs desperate need for revenue above the best interest of the client.

      Pros

Triad gives the opportunity to work directly with high-profile companies on large media campaigns. You gain industry exposure. The company promotes from within and give employees the opportunity to grow.

      Cons

Sales/Account Management team can be pretty disrespectful to other departments. They can be very rude and often blame their errors on other teams. Long hours are expected year-round.
