My supervisors were easy to approach and they showed that they cared for their employees
Cons
-No raises unless the owner believes you have a great relationship with the customer and can use you for leverage -No room for growth -Absolutely no employee appreciation from corporate -Micromanage to the point it is a downfall for the company -Empty promises from corporate -The owner twists conversations in order to make the person look bad, which results in them having a target on their back -The owner condones those in the corporate office to demean employees in other offices -Once you say one thing that goes against what the owner believes, there is a target on your back
