Pros

The company has a very collaborative work environment where everyone is willing to help each other. Even the management team is approachable, considerate, and open to feedback. Communication is clear, and teamwork is highly encouraged. I feel valued as an employee, and leadership genuinely cares about both patient care and staff well-being. It’s a positive and professional environment that promotes growth and accountability.

Work can sometimes be fast-paced, especially during busy days, but the team works together to manage the workload effectively.

Pros

This company is very focused on helping and serving as many people as possible. It makes me feel good to. be working for them. The managers are also very flexible when trying to adjust schedules for personal time off while being fair to everyone.
