Pros

-> You'll be exposed to multiple technologies, mainly because of the lack of employees. Let me rephrase it, you'll be forced to take up multiple roles simply because there is no one else to do it. -> The management has a vision on what domains and technology the organization should focus on. They are trying to excel in domains such as healthcare and industrial automation, technologies AI/ML and IOT. -> Salary always credited on time. -> During Covid there was no salary cut and there was no lay off. I don't know if that's a pro even back then the company was understaffed. -> There are a very few good people left in the company who have been with them for several years. Most of them left and the remaining few are the sole reason the company still stands. -> Since the company is staffed with smaller teams, the inter-relationships are easier to establish and this facilitates better communication as well. -> Freshers can improve their resume, if they are willing to put in the extra effort and try new technologies. Granted there will not be any support. Whatever there is, will be from other people who have been in the same clueless situation, but Ideally this can boost your resume and move on to better opportunities.

Cons

-> Structure of the company is flawed. There are no mid level engineers and the freshers are doing all the heavy lifting. They are highly overworked and exhausted.Due to this, most of them have already left the company. -> The know-it-all management has stooped to such levels of delusion the only comparison i can think of is Nero playing the violin while Rome burns. -> The technical vertical is so flat that it is the same as a dead man's ECG. -> The management boasts they are paying "Industry standard remuneration" but in reality it's just pennies compared to the average pay scale. -> The projects and code base is so mismanaged that whenever a recruit comes they'll rethink all their life decisions. If any recruit is reading this and feeling the same, don't worry you are not alone. -> There are hardly any projects remaining in the company so think before you join. -> HR framework is a joke. -> The notice period is 90 days. Notice period is a hostile environment here in the organization. The higher level people assume you are stalling and not working, And once you resign expect a call from HR which will be a guilt extravaganza to try and make you stay. -> There is no code review and the QA department is so weak that only very major projects have QA engineers. There are so many terrible instances that I can't disclose here. -> During the Covid time, the company did nothing for WFH assistance. Most of us had to work from personal systems. The system upgrades and other setup that we had to do was paid from our own pockets. They didn't even give allowance for internet bills which now that I have gone back into the real world, have realized is the bare minimum. -> There are only two extremes. Either overwork or no work. -> There is little to no work-life balance in the company. After weeks of continuous over work, if we raise a concern they simply turn it down stating, “All IT companies work like this”, rather than addressing the issue. So like any company structure we escalate the issue to HR, then the HR would very effectively list out stories of employees overworking in MNCs. -> I wont say all of them are alike, but some people never respect personal boundaries. After working long hours, finally when we log out they continue to pull us back into work using personal communication mediums. I am someone who values my personal space very much. But this unprofessional behavior was totally unacceptable. -> I personally had experience where senior staff in the company would never reply during usual hours but once I log off they’ll hit you with a ton of tasks through multiple chats. Staying late and overworking is considered as a token of honor by many senior staff. In my opinion It's not. It's merely killing your personal life and health. -> Always be prepared to waste your time in unproductive, unreasonably long meetings. (4hrs long daily meetings to give a context) I'd like to quote MJ again in saying ...... 'All I want to say is that, they don't really care about us'

Pros

Credits salary correctly. Good package for freshers.

Cons

Organisation: Worst choice I've made in my career. Never trust their word, if they provide you an offer ask for written statement. Else they will cheat you (A few of my colleagues was cheated by them, offered higher salary and onsite opportunity, but didn't provided anything). For men the working time is 9AM to 12-3AM (12 to 20Hr/day), now a days there is a little improvement. In critical projects they assign freshers and pressurise them to work hard (Ask them to work on weekends and late nights). Provides B1 Visa for employees for working at The United States, never cares about the consequences an employee can face if the US government find this. Never cares about quality coding. No documentations for projects. No project estimation and planning. Poor technical stack, still uses old technology. A lot of office gossips and politics. Funny fact with the image they attached in this page with the caption "Our Leaders", is 3/4 of them are not working in Triassic solutions anymore (Resigned already, image almost 2 year old) Management "The rabbit I caught had 3 horns". Never supports their employees, always praises the client and justifies them. Pressures to work 14-20Hrs/day (If you can work 24Hr, it would be good). If you question them, they will start telling stories from "Aesop fables" and by bending the facts they prove that the fault is in your part. Arrogant, thinks employees as slaves. Never trust the management, only policy they have is "Use and Throw". When they need they praise the employee, offers hike (only offer), and utilise the employee to the maximum, after that if they feel he/she is no longer needed they will eventually avoids you and throws you out. PM/PL So called "Geniuses". Doesn't even know how to run a project. A few of them are arrogant, shows bad politics. I hard-worked 11 Months in a project, they then shifted me to another project and I struggled in that, when the performance was considered for the appraisal they just considered the last 1 month. When I questioned this they started making excuses, they told that I'm not punctual and I won't be available in office at 9AM (Actually in those days I leave office between 2-3AM). If you do anything great they won't even appreciate you(Only applicable to male employees). HR Doesn't have any experience in managing employees. Every-time justifies the management, never stands for an employee even if he/she is correct. Praises the management all the time. HR couldn't solve a single issue I have raised during my career there. Clients No proper requirements or design. They change the requirement each day (but no change in release date). They decide the working time. Pressurise to work on weekends. To freshers: You won't get any training here. They just put you on any critical project and you will eventually learn things, there won't be anyone to guide you or correct you. (You do coding but it won't be the correct way, without any guidance you never knew it).

Pros

Like many other small companies, Triassic Solutions has its pros and cons. The best thing is that the employees get their salary on the last working day of the month. The company is a good option for freshers who start their carrier as they will get comparatively better training, better salary hike and they will be familiar with different technologies. (Note: continuing in same domain will depends on their luck :-) )

Cons

The down side is as follows, The company used to promise hikes at the time of joining (For eg.6 months confirmation hike) and in between, the organization changes its policy. Finally, the employee gets screwed up. The big trap is, they won’t give experience certificate before completing 1.5 years in the organization. The company doesn’t require any experienced people as they don’t need any quality coding. They only need hard work. They used to replace 6 or 8 years experienced people with half a year experienced guy with out the knowledge of the client and the new guy mention the same name of previous employee to customer so that the customer will not be aware of the person changes . The company doesn’t keep any work culture. The client decides the work load and the employees need to suffer on that. i.e sitting late night is a usual thing in the organization. Late night means, coming by morning 8 am and leaving by next day morning 8 or 10. Even though the employees left by morning 8 or 10, they need to come back by 1pm or 2pm. The funniest thing is that the company gives onsite opportunities (to US) to employees for 6 months by using the visiting visa. The people went for onsite doesn’t get time to go out even in Sundays. One of my friends shared his bitter experience on a day when he faced stomach issues - he went to toilet by taking the laptop. They felt onsite as an imprisonment. The other thing is, a person who went for onsite twice from Triassic doesn’t get visa for next time as the person spends nearly 6 months in both the previous cases and the US government sends them back. The people who are planning to join Triassic, especially experienced people, please have a basic idea on the nature of the organization. Please try to communicate with the people who left or experienced with Triassic.
