      no training will replace you without second thought both owners have never run a business before and it shows poor communication cannot produce enough product for their entire sales team

      Good product and all the co-workers are awesome

      Cons

      As a sales rep you are expected to deliver samples and get new orders from dispensaries. If you do, you will see that what was listed as your store changes to an owner's name so they can collect the commission from your hard work. How are owners also having time to gain new accts and close sales? I thought that was the point of a sales rep? You can be let go without any warning.
