Pros

-Extravagant new office building with great views of downtown Allentown is the only benefit to working at Trifecta. -Owner has a private company suite at the local PPL Center and if you're lucky you may score free tickets to an event -Friendly coworkers -Fridge full of beer (you'll need it if you ever are employed here)

Cons

Trifecta is a minor league player trying to compete at the professional level and aren't equipped to properly play ball. -No thought leadership -No business strategy (0 strategists are employed here) -No process, it's the Wild Wild West (no formal Agile training) -No growth (raises and bonuses have been frozen or way below standard) -No career opportunities (there's no growth and no money so very hard to advance) -No global footprint (offshore offices shutdown due to lack of funds) -No real management (the people in charge have no clue how to run a profitable business) -No marketing department (it was recently dissolved due to lack of funds) -No client support department (it was recently dissolved due to lack of funds) -SalesForce platform pipeline is their only revenue stream -Single Threaded - if SalesForce goes away so does Trifecta -All recognizable clients have left, only mom & pop and startups remain. -Limited talent pool (they hire right out college to get a bargain and therefore most people there are very limited in their knowledge and skill set) -Poor project management (Junior PMs are tasked with running projects that should be assigned to an experienced PM, but there are very few experienced PMs there) -Agency atmosphere gets swallowed by the mundane, low budget, amateur projects that you get to work on -Bare minimum holiday schedule -Bare minimum vacation (the year I left people were asked to take Christmas vacation without pay)

Pros

- Easy going, slow paced work environment (possibly a con) - Lots of time to learn Salesforce and/or ramp up on a project if you're a fresh graduate - Great amenities, like free beer, ping pong/pool table, nice workspace - Nice office environment, doesn't feel like death - Nice people

Cons

- Poor career development (limited opportunities to advance, limited scope of work and projects) - Very Salesforce centric, not many projects use anything else, and those that do are constrained to the same set of people - Very repetitive, mundane work with little opportunity for innovation, even among industry standards (for example, they do not use sfdx) - Knowledge is pooled at the top, with little documentation, poor styling standards, and zero testing guidelines - Low pay, below area standard - Management does not communicate or follow through with their own promises - Business has been stagnant for a while, with no ideas to make sure they keep growing

Pros

- Lots of opportunities in a handful of areas within the tech sector - Excellent work/life balance and you only need to work extra hours if something is going horribly wrong - Recently added senior leadership has helped the company grow and reach a new level of success - There are a tremendous amount of opportunities to advance in a multitude of directions and leadership is opened to such discussion - No need to pigeonhole yourself into a particular silo of knowledge - Leadership willing to speak with you openly if you question the company or your position - Mostly in touch with modern technologies - Opened to improvements in process and infrastructure - Actively engaged in the community - Unlike it is stated in another review, you can actually succeed without "drinking the Kool-Aid" - No finger pointing when something goes wrong - everyone just jumps in to help - Actually has a decent off-shore development team

Cons

- Not diversified enough - Lack of knowledgeable, communicative sales leadership at this time - Pay is not as competitive as it could be, but is definitely not bad for the area - Lack of agility in certain areas
