Pros

Talented artists who work together as a team Nice location Friendly staff Decent salaries

Cons

Ineffective HR management Management has favouritism Passing the buck on responsibility Not sustainable future work. Too many in development and too few in production. Production often starts too late and with no plan. Line Managers are given authority to decide but often are ill-informed and decide without input from supervisors.

We’re sorry your experience didn’t live up to the standards we try to set for ourselves. We pride ourselves on building a sustainable, growing company, and we are especially proud of our reputation for transparency and treating each artist with fairness. We clearly don’t always get this right, so I’d be interested to hear more about your experience. Please contact me directly to elaborate.

Pros

This studio really cares for its employees. They are always open and transparent about situations and does make everyone feel like they are part of the family.

Cons

They could pay employees more and also ad basic benefits like pension funds.

Pros

1. Greatly talented artists 2. fun and challenging projects 3. Great community 4. One of the few studios that does film projects. 5. Beautiful office premises, although too small for the amount of artists

Cons

1. High stress environment 2. Neglect in house resources to the detriment of projects; alarming lack of tools and development support 3. Terrible planning for projects. Deadlines and expectations are highly unrealistic, which exploits artists' work ethics to push the quality of the project. Management consistently ignores red flags put up by seniors. 4. Absolutely no benefits, even for permanent staff. (no pension or medical aid) 5. Under pays artists 6. Alarming lack of senior artists. 7. Overcrowded office spaces
