      Pros

      Small, friendly office. Good opportunities to get involved with all aspects of the running of the company from an early stage. Working with some cool brands. I definatley got to do more here in my time than I would at most competitor companies, and I feel that has set me up well for my future career.

      Cons

      Small office caused some management issues. Management probably took a reactive rather than a proactive approach. Also think that the work became slightly routine, when we should have been trying to come up with more creative solutions which would drive better results for our clients.

      Pros

      Friendly, motivated staff with most willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

      Cons

      Surprisingly incompetent sales and engineering staff. Deceptive trade practices. Product specifications may not meet published data. Management atmosphere of superiority and untruthful communications.
