          Pros

Trinzo is very unlike anywhere I have worked before. The people here are fantastic and are carefully selected as the culture at Trinzo holds significant importance. You are empowered to do your best work and there is no micro managing or clock watching. They make it very easy to work on a hybrid or remote basis, there are strong lines of communication throughout the company. Weekly activities are held to encourage relationship building and face to face interaction over MS Teams.

          Cons

Trinzo don't currently offer pension or health benefits being a smaller company

              Pros

The team is super collaborative and welcoming. From Day 1, you will always feel welcomed and be given an opportunity to voice your opinions and ideas. There is no blame game culture at Trinzo ever, and everyone is appreciated for pushing their boundaries, trying out new challenges and taking risks.

              Cons

At Trinzo, the environment is very fast paced, challenging and also changing since the company is constantly growing. If you are someone, who loves repetitive and monotonous work, then this might not be the right environment for you.

Do you experience that how long the hiring process would take at Thermo Fisher? I got my second interview with hiring manager at the beginning of November but I haven’t heard nothing from them. When I’ve emailed them to check in they just said that the process would be slow, no time frame. I would be able to get an offer soon from other company but work as contractor. Should I wait for Thermo Fisher?

Booz Allen Hamilton Recently applied and I've been referred for an interview! Any tips on interviewing with Booz Allen? And if I am being asked to complete clearance and background upfront, is this a good indicator for being hired?

                  Alex L.

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
