Pros

Benefits are great. The owner is a nice and sincere man. Decent client roster. Easy to get promoted and receive a higher salary.

Cons

They are hungry for money and will do any little client project just to get it. Don't expect a bonus like they talk about when recruiting you, that disappears fast. In all-agency meetings, leadership attempts to hold on to the cool aspects of what they consider a plus/perk of working at a "small agency" while not really delivering on it anymore. There are a lot of employees that are incredibly over-paid for what they contribute on a daily basis. Very political environment. Most people bee-line out the door at 5:00 PM while a consistent few burn the midnight oil and get little recognition for it.
