Pros

Twice weekly lunches catered. Possible bonus of about per paycheck for new client referrals. Decent benefits.

Cons

Company follows "biblical values", so any semblance of diversity and inclusion is out the window. Management and other staff members have made many derogatory remarks about trans, LGBTQ+, and non-Christian coworkers, with no repercussions. All questions to HR about disability accommodations are directed to the "disability coordinator", who will then refer them to the insurance company. Metrics for quarterly bonuses seemed to flux every month or more, and were not made firm and available to employees before performance evaluations at the end of the quarter. With the new phone/email software, every word said can count against performance. Not using their specified script on calls or sounding the least bit unhappy can completely decimate the chance of a quarterly bonus. The criteria for success in this area is objective, and can cause extreme anxiety. Management will brush this off as "just nerves". Very little opportunity to move to any position outside of the Operations department. Management feels out of touch in what clients need/want, as very few have ever answered the phone or responded to emails directly. Too many "restructures" within the past year give every job a very loose description of responsibilities.

Pros

You get to see incompetent executives go on lavish trips and hire friends.

Cons

Why does this company (TFIN shareholders) pay for Mr. Grafts' Country Club dues and his car and compensation for his buddies. This is ridiculous, he should be able to pay for those items himself since he makes $1M+ per year and is given significant amounts of stock. I was thinking about buying the stock, but I'll pass because company and Mr Graft seems to throw shareholders money at the executives, and the board doesn't demonstrate that they value shareholders.

Pros

Benefits are decent. PTO is easy to take. Company feeds you often. Good diversity.

Cons

In office work. Lack of consistent training. Poor communication. Typical corporation. Not for the people. Little growth opportunities and low pay compared to similar companies.
