Pros
Get to work on some beautiful projects (sometimes). Might get lucky and happen to be there when some other good digital artist is freelancing, make a good connection.
Cons
Horrible atmosphere, terrible manager. There is a reason that turnover time here is 6 months or less. Depressing environment, you feel utterly disposable and are expected to work non-stop (including weekends), your time is not valued or appreciated.
