Great place to work. Everyone has a chance to impact the product. Agile is actually used and practiced and not just talked about. Solid tools to use and company is willing to get what you need to do your job with a reasonable budget level. Strong team approach. Flexibility on location working, in that we have in office and remote days. People are trusted to do their jobs.
Cons
It's a start up so the hours can be long. Pay is good, and the company has done it's best to be fair, but larger, more financially stable companies could have higher salaries. Work/Life balance has had its moments, but that is improving as well.
