Since your time with us, there have been several positive changes within the company, including a change in senior leadership. The Managing Director in place during your employment is no longer with Trowbridge, and we are now focused on fostering a more open, supportive, and progressive working environment.
While we understand that our high standards and fast-paced culture may not be the right fit for everyone, we remain committed to continual improvement. We've enhanced our onboarding and training processes, reinforced our values of professionalism and mutual respect, and made staff wellbeing a greater priority—working a four day week and clearer support systems being just part of that.
