Pros

Amenities in the Tennessee office.

Cons

• Passive-aggressive leadership with unrealistic expectations and poor communication. • Lack of structured onboarding, mentorship, and professional development support. • Uncommunicated expectations regarding extended hours beyond scheduled shifts. • Criticism for pre-disclosed secondary employment, despite transparency in interviews. • Disorganized staffing with multiple team members on leave, leaving new hires unsupported. • Expectation to work autonomously without adequate training or resources. • Inflexible about remote or hybrid arrangements despite long commute times. • Low pay compared to market rates for similar clinical pharmacist roles. • Six-month wait before being eligible to use PTO.

Pros

Truly an exciting company with an exciting mission. Many organizations claim to be mission-driven; TruDataRx absolutely lives it (and it’s not just feel-good fluff; the growth in clients and lives under management has been incredible, meaning we’re actually driving significant change).

Cons

Continuously growing company means we need to wear a lot of hats and sometimes roles get blurred - good for scrappy polymaths and autodidacts. Probably not so good for those who are comforted by well-established bureaucracy.
