Pros
When there are company outings, employees are taken care of.
Cons
A very childish atmosphere. There is no HR to handle misbehavior or any offenses that occur during the week. There is no confidentiality and the "Higher ups" are just as catty as their executive assistant. Its not a positive environment to be in. Many are over worked without the compensation.
