"Trumaker Outfitter"
RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Trumaker full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great culture, management is friendly and always helpful - they want you to truly succeed and be happy. In the San Francisco office the team is very upbeat, and celebrates each other successes. Very sales driven, so you have to be willing to hustle and work hard! Flexible schedule, and uncapped earning potential. Always getting new product in and clients LOVE their garments when they receive them. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves client facing sales jobs and fashion!
Cons
Recently went through a merger, so the normal start-up growing pains.

Pros
flexible schedule, fun, great support systems in place. There is potential to make a lot of money, but you need to invest a lot of time and have the personality to not take rejection personally.
Cons
hard to stick to your schedule, hard to get your own clients. Its a referral based system, so there a re a lot of phone calls and following up to get a sale.

I have been working at Trumaker
Pros
Great coworkers and flexible schedule
Cons
You need to put in a lot of hours in order to do well in the company and the compensation isn't worth it.

Positive OutlookI have been working at Trumaker part-time for less than a year
Pros
Extremely flexible schedule - actually it allows you to make your own schedule. Very good pay considering the small time commitment.
Cons
Haven't found anything that I don't like so far, everything is pretty flexible and chill, you need to take initiatives to get the job done tho.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Trumaker full-time for more than a year
Pros
As an Outfitter, having a flexible schedule is incredible. There are full-time and part time opportunities to fit anyones lifestyle. It is very easy to incorporate Trumaker into your life if you have another job or are in school. The company culture is wonderful. Being able to work side-by-side with the corporate team at the HQ is a privileged for those of us in the Bay Area. The management, support, and product teams are amazing.
Cons
Being self-motivated is a must as an Outfitter. You really have to take it upon yourself to do the work, no one is going to do it for you.
